Since 2016 … BrandWorlds

Since 2017, the demand for corporate storytelling has grown. The befriended agency >kopfarbeit< that specialises in these historical stories started some projects. Other companies became aware of earlier works, such as at the World Expo in Milan. Main companies in this process so far were Plansee Group, Grüne Erde, Rosenbauer, Richter Pharma and Weigl Lifts.

2021 | Plansee Group ::: Founded in 1921 in Reutte, Austria, the Plansee Group is today a global and independent private company. The company focuses on the production, processing and marketing of the refractory metals molybdenum and tungsten. Two exhibitions were to be completed to mark the centenary. The first presentation deals with the company’s competences in the fields of mechanical engineering, automotive industry, electronics industry, medical technology, construction industry, energy technology, semiconductor industry & aerospace. The second exhibition begins with the exciting history of the company’s founding in Berlin and tells seven narratives up to the current date. Without captions, these chapters of the company are conveyed via audio guide.

2018 | Grüne Erde Welt ::: My journey to the Grüne Erde Welt started in early 2017 as a rudimentary idea to make the values of the company and its materials tangible for visitors. The claim to design was to create a sensual area to slow down the visitors quickly turned into a complete re-arrangement and design of elements and shapes. In all areas, from show production, bistro, fashion, cosmetics, glass houses to the Japanese sleeping world it was the task to communicate the values of the company in style and idea. In 2019, I was awarded the State Prize for Design of the Republic of Austria for the project.

2022 | Weigl Aufzüge ::: An attractive showroom was needed in the new building complex for this traditional manufacturer of state-of-the-art lifts. The product range and its variability had to be cleverly combined with the company’s history. As the majority of visitors come in groups, they are guided through the exhibition and the company premises. These processes were the task of the design.

2016 | Rosenbauer :: The task for the fire-fighting vehicle manufacturer was to create an interactive terminal to provide information about the company and its business around the world. Four terminals were to be produced and sent to all continents to inform customers and employees about Rosenbauer’s achievements in over 150 years of company history. My challenge was the design and production of the terminal, the logic of the interaction and the user experience.
