Curriculum Vitae

Following a residency in New York in the late 1990s and my tenure as Head of the Web Department at the Ars Electronica Center, I began working as a scenographer for national museums. For the European Capital of Culture (Linz 2009), I was responsible for the critically acclaimed exhibition ‘Cultural Capital of the Führer,’ which addressed the city’s National Socialist history. Shortly thereafter, I developed and managed the new permanent exhibition at the Mauthausen Memorial. My work continued with the Austrian Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015, where I served as a consultant before managing the overall visual experience. To date, I have realized more than 30 professional exhibitions, primarily for governmental institutions, overseeing thousands of square meters and cumulative budgets exceeding 15 million Euros. This extensive field experience eventually led me to transition into my current academic career.
